- Change some /./ to $(opfx).
- Rename scout-oid -> mg-scout-oid.  I'm planning to name all variables/functions
  specific to Mage (as opposed to one of its sub-libraries) beginning with mg- .
- Fix name mg-rule in comment for mg-define-rule.
