[bigint] Bug: stringToBigUnsigned(std::string s)

Hi Matt,
So I'm in the midst of creating an RSA library using your BigInteger library
and I ran into a bug in the stringToBigUnsigned function. What seems to be
happening is if the string is 10 or more characters long the conversion
gives an incorrect conversion. Anyway I'm planning on looking into it myself
over the next couple days and I'll let you know if I find a fix to it.
